Contact Center Opportunities May Include
Onsite inbound and/or outbound call center roles
Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution via phone
Accurately documenting interactions in CRM or call management systems
Meeting quality, performance, and productivity metrics
Following scripted workflows, compliance standards, and client policies
Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support service goals

Prior contact center or call center experience required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Proficiency with computers, data entry, and call center systems
Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
Professional demeanor, dependable attendance, and schedule reliability
Ability to work onsite at client locations

Schedule flexibility, including extended or weekend hours
Completion of ChaseSource and client onboarding documentation
