As our Employee Health and Infection Prevention Coordinator you will help our workforce and patients so they can remain healthy safe and protected from communicable diseases within our clinics.
Every day you will conduct health screenings perform infectious disease surveillance and manage complex vaccination and testing programs. You will be expected to maintain rigorous compliance with CDC OSHA and state regulatory requirements while serving as a vital resource for evidence-based infection prevention practices.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and report health trends possess the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and show a proactive commitment to maintaining a safe compliant and healthy work environment.
