  • Proven track record contributing to commercially successful slot game products from concept through launch.
  • Strong understanding of slot mathematics, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus design, and player engagement mechanics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative game concepts, features, and player experiences that balance entertainment value with business objectives.
  • Ability to interpret game performance data and use insights to improve gameplay and product outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across creative and technical disciplines.
  • Experience collaborating with artists, engineers, and product teams in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using simulation or analytical tools to assess game performance.
  • Proficient in C/C++/C#, Python or related programming languages.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful game launches, innovative features, or patented gameplay concepts.
