Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing complex integrations, and translating business requirements into robust technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build advanced, reusable, and high-performance Salesforce components
• Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Middleware platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models and application frameworks
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities
• Support application enhancements and production issue resolution

Required Experience

• 7 12 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Apex Development
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Integrations
• Experience with API development and third-party system integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools
• Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
