Payrate: $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Our Student & Graduate team provides best in class white glove candidate and hiring manager service to bring talent into the organization as interns and new hires early in their career. This person will provide administrative support including interview scheduling, backgrounds & drug screens among other supportive tasks with our recruiters. Typical task breakdown: Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc. Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation. Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters. Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants. Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates. Provide a white glove service to our colleagues and candidates alike. Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities. Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents. Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records. Other administrative tasks as requested Top 3 Skills: Detail oriented Strong communication (both oral and written) Service excellence Additional Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Outlook (especially outlook scheduling) Experience with ATS (workday a plus) Yello Technology savvy & agile Soft Skills: Strong Communication skills- verbal & written Detail oriented Customer service focused High sense of urgency Strong Confidentiality Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $19.00 - $20.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
