Entry Level Sales Recruiter Data & AI

Location: Financial District - New York City 52k uncapped commission

Ready to start a career in sales At Harnham youll learn how to build relationships win business and connect companies with talent across data and AI.

This is a 360 recruitment role working with both candidates and clients. Youll learn how to manage the full process from finding talent and understanding a clients hiring needs through to making a placement. Our 10-week training program will help you build the skills and confidence to get started.

Who were looking for

You dont need recruitment experience. Were looking for someone who is motivated by sales enjoys meeting new people and is ready to learn. Youll need the confidence to pick up the phone the resilience to handle rejection and the drive to work toward targets.

Experienced sourcers who want to develop their client and business development skills are also encouraged to apply.
